Where does OUAI ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Canada, and select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your destination and selected shipping method.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your OUAI. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding original shipping fees.
Are OUAI products sulfate-free and paraben-free?
Yes! All of our haircare products are formulated without sulfates, parabens, and phthalates. We are committed to providing clean, high-quality ingredients for your hair and body.
Does OUAI test on animals?
No, we are proud to be a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, nor do we ask others to do so on our behalf.
Can I track my order?
