Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your OUAI, but if a product isn't the right fit, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and products must be at least half full to qualify.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

• 2.
  Select Your Items

  Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the feedback so we can improve.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original box, and attach the label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
